We are dedicated to the practical conservation of butterflies and moths, and there are lots of ways to help. Whether you give your time, donate to an appeal or even run an event to raise funds - everything helps towards the conservation effort. A central aspect of our work is the gathering of accurate recording and monitoring information on the state of butterflies and moths in our region.
We organise walks, events and work parties and publish the details on our website, on our Facebook page and in our email newsletter. One of the best ways of learning about butterflies and moths is to attend field trips and other events that we organise. You can share photos and other butterfly and moth news via our Facebook group 'West Midlands Butterflies and Moths'.

Some of our members help to manage a number of reserves and we work with other organisations on practical site management for butterflies and moths. Work parties take place regularly at various sites and they are an ideal way to contribute to our work. You can find details on our Work Parties page.
