Scarecrow Sunday at Brampton Bryan

WM-BAMS was invited to attend this event by a local resident, keen to promote interest in butterflies and moths, who is kindly covering our pitch fee. Do drop by and visit our stall if you're in the area.
Scarecrow Sunday at Brampton Bryan is the modern manifestation of the ancient Bron Fair, for which the original Royal Charter was granted in 1252. It is now the main fund-raising event for the village church and other local charities, and regularly draws huge crowds, offering a great day out with fun and interest for all ages.
This year's theme is SPORTS, so there'll be some unusual scarecrows!
