Llanymynech Rocks Nature Reserve (Shropshire)
A disused limestone quarry that straddles the border between England and Wales. The reserve is jointly managed by Shropshire Wildlife Trust and Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust. Llanymynech Golf Club is also playing an active role in wildlife conservation on ‘The Rock’, as Llanymynech Hill is known locally, and Ancient Cattle of Wales are grazing parts of the site.
